"Ms. Mitchell was quick to serve paperwork (same day!) and she filed and mailed the paperwork the same day as well. Her price is lower than I have paid in the past and she is very accommodating and professional. Don't let her modest office fool you, she's a pro! Although I don't like suing people, I will use her again in a heartbeat if need be."

"I've used Julia twice now. Both times I've had to evict tenants, once in 2007 and once in 2016. She knows the process and files all of the paperwork, she is very thorough, cheaper than an attorney and provided the guidance and advice we needed. She was very detail oriented and kept us up to date on what we needed to do, next steps, etc. She called the courthouse for us to keep track of important court dates, etc. Evicting someone is very stressful, but working with her made the process easier and a bit less stressful. Living out of town from my properties also made it challenging, so having her provide me the information I needed was invaluable. I highly recommend Julia."
