She has helped me with evictions, serving notices, and of course notary services. She has many friends who are in low enforcement and she is very knowledgeable about all laws on the books. "I've used Julia twice now. Both times I've had to evict tenants, once in 2007 and once in 2016. She knows the process and files all of the paperwork, she is very thorough, cheaper than an attorney and provided the guidance and advice we needed. She was very detail oriented and kept us up to date on what we needed to do, next steps, etc. She called the courthouse for us to keep track of important court dates, etc. Evicting someone is very stressful, but working with her made the process easier and a bit less stressful. Living out of town from my properties also made it challenging, so having her provide me the information I needed was invaluable. I highly recommend Julia."
